Account Deletion Request

You can request permanent deletion of your PG Master account and all associated data using one of the methods below.

Submit a Request Form

Fill out the form below to submit your account deletion request. We will verify your identity and process the request within 48 hours.

Alternatively, you can send us an email directly. Please include your registered phone number so we can verify and process your request.

Processing Time

Your account will be permanently deleted within 48 hours after identity verification. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account information — name and phone number — permanently deleted.

  • All PG-related data, tenant records, and transaction history removed.

  • All associated properties, staff access, and permissions revoked.

Data Retention Notice

Some data may be retained temporarily if required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes in accordance with applicable Indian law.
